Piwik is a free PHP/MySQL application for statistics and website traffic measurement.
It’s a completely redesigned version of phpMyVisites (using ajax extensively!).
Piwik aims to be a solid open source alternative to Google Analytics.
The project seems very active.
The demonstration on the website is very promising.
Completely customizable: plugins, hooks, widgets, API…
