When you work on your computer and install a new program, the installation suddenly fails. So you end up with a partially installed program. You try to install this program again, without success. Or, you may encounter problems trying to remove an old program because the installation files are damaged.
Don’t worry. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility might help you. You can use this utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed using Windows Installer. Remember that the Windows Installer CleanUp utility does not remove the program from your computer. However, it removes the installation files so you can start the installation, upgrade or uninstallation.
