Internet Explorer 8 has arrived...
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx
What’s surprising is that the download doesn’t seem to be subject to Windows Genuine!!!
Could Microsoft be feeling threatened by browsers like Firefox, Safari (webkit) or Google Chrome to the point of facilitating the installation of Internet Explorer 8!
They even made a version for Windows XP! Even though they’re doing everything to kill Windows XP!!!!
Maybe this will allow Firefox (Opera, Safari and Chrome too) to take even more market share!!! Because with an IE8 more compliant with web standards, this will push sites to develop correctly using web standards!!! Because with this logic, Microsoft will push people to migrate from IE6-7 to IE8 very quickly…
How can I install VMWare ESX on a PC that doesn't have a scsi card recognized as standard by VMWare ESX but a sata card?!!!!
Since vmware made a free version of VMWare ESX available, I’ve been looking for a way to install it at home…
supporting only “enterprise class” controllers of the scsi type… but not wanting to use this kind of support but raid on SATA because it’s cheaper…
but not having found the solution until now… I had given up…
but I think I’ve found the solution on the http://vm-help.com/ site, which is full of information on how to use esx!!! notably how to install esx on a usb key or on an ide controller!

Palladium is insidiously arriving anyway...
I was wondering what this thing that my CPU supported was…
“Intel® Trusted Execution Technology (Intel® TXT)”
Actually it’s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trusted_Execution_Technology
In fact, all of this is linked to Microsoft’s Palladium project… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Next-Generation_Secure_Computing_Base http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trusted_Computing http://www.eff.org/wp/trusted-computing-promise-and-risk http://sourceforge.net/projects/tboot
And Vista Enterprise and Ultimate already support the Palladium system natively…
And PCs with the vPro term contain Intel TXT technology… so they support Palladium…

It seems that the technology around Palladium is starting to insidiously insert itself onto our machines…
Language D!!! un language qui monte...
un language inspirer de C/C++ peu être executer en interpreter ou compiler…
multi plateforme…
multi style de programmation: imperatif, orienté object, and metaprogramation…

After the Mozilla browser which went open source…
The acquisition of Netscape Directory Server by RedHat from AOL to make Fedora Directory Server…
The GlassFish project which is the heir to “Netscape Application Server”…
Now it’s Netscape’s web server’s turn…
Piwik, an open source Google Analytics-like!!!!!
Piwik is a free PHP/MySQL application for statistics and website traffic measurement.
It’s a completely redesigned version of phpMyVisites (using ajax extensively!).
Piwik aims to be a solid open source alternative to Google Analytics.
The project seems very active.
The demonstration on the website is very promising.
Completely customizable: plugins, hooks, widgets, API…
